I read both posts. I hope things settle down in your life so you have some time for yourself. It must be hard with your Mom, but she sounds as if she is finally in good care for her condition. So sorry....
Riding lessons on some reliable school horses would be just the thing. Getting your nerve back when you are no longer a teenager is not easy. Trust me--been there. Done that. Get on the right horse for a while and you'll be fine.
